Install your chat widget

Add AI Global Assist to any website with one script tag. Replace YOUR_BOT_ID with the ID shown in your dashboard under Installation.

Your installation snippet

For security, the widget only loads on domains you add to the allowlist in your dashboard.

HTML website

  1. 1Open the HTML file or template used by every page.
  2. 2Paste the snippet just before the closing </body> tag.
  3. 3Save and publish. Reload your site to see the chat button.

WordPress

  1. 1In your WordPress admin, install a header/footer code plugin (for example “WPCode”), or edit your theme's footer.php.
  2. 2Add the snippet to the site-wide footer section.
  3. 3Save, then clear any caching plugin and reload your site.

Shopify

  1. 1Go to Online Store → Themes → … → Edit code.
  2. 2Open layout/theme.liquid.
  3. 3Paste the snippet just before </body> and click Save.

Wix

  1. 1Open Settings → Custom code (requires a Premium plan).
  2. 2Click “Add Custom Code”, paste the snippet and choose “All pages”.
  3. 3Set the placement to “Body — end” and apply.

Webflow

  1. 1Open Project settings → Custom code.
  2. 2Paste the snippet in the “Footer code” field.
  3. 3Save and publish your site.

Next.js

  1. 1Open app/layout.tsx (App Router).
  2. 2Import Script from “next/script” and add it inside <body> with strategy="afterInteractive" and the data-bot-id attribute.
  3. 3Deploy your site.
