Privacy Policy

This document is a working draft prepared for review. It must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before it is relied upon.

1. Who we are

AI Global Assist (“we”, “us”) provides a multilingual AI customer support platform. For account data of our customers we act as a data controller. For conversation data that our customers' website visitors submit through the chat widget, we act as a data processor on behalf of our customer.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, authentication provider identifiers, language preference and workspace settings.

Customer content: website pages, documents, FAQs and text you provide to train an assistant.

Conversation data: messages exchanged between visitors and assistants, detected language, optional visitor email, and technical metadata such as timestamps and the website domain.

Usage and billing data: AI response counts, subscription status and payment provider references. We do not store full payment card details.

3. How we use data

To provide, secure and improve the service; to generate AI responses grounded in your knowledge base; to enforce plan limits; to prevent abuse; and to communicate with you about your account.

4. Sub-processors

We use infrastructure and service providers including Google Firebase / Google Cloud (hosting, authentication, database, storage), OpenAI (AI model inference and embeddings) and PayPal (payments). A current list will be maintained and made available on request.

5. Retention

Workspace owners can configure how long conversations are kept. Account data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account or workspace, associated data is deleted or anonymised within a defined period, subject to legal obligations and backups that expire on a rolling schedule.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. Workspace owners can export and delete data from the dashboard. Website visitors should contact the business operating the website first.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation, rate limiting and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected customers of security incidents as required by law.
